The Facebook Terms of Service state, "You will not post content or take any action on Facebook that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law. We can remove any content or information you post on Facebook if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies. If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate." Glenn Potter Photography reserves the right to and including taking anyone who has illegally copied or acquired images from www.glennpotterphotography.co.nz to court and asking for monetary damages. 

Any purchased image/s from www.glennpotterphotography.co.nz that are in the form of digital file/s have been sold for personal use to the purchaser only and may not be on-sold to another person, business, company or organisation. All images that appear on www.glennpotterphotography.co.nz are Copyright Glenn Potter Photography unless otherwise stated.

Photo prints sold through www.glennpotterphotography.co.nz are priced for personal use and are Copyright Glenn Potter Photography unless otherwise stated.
Unless commercial use is specified, images are not to be used for commercial purposes, by the purchaser or by any other person, business, company or organisation, without prior agreement with Glenn Joseph Potter (owner of Glenn Potter Photography). 

Unless otherwise agreed, images purchased for commercial use are for one-time use only, for example one edition of a publication, brochure, etc. If the images are reused an additional charge will apply.

Glenn Potter Photography accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from use of its products or services.
Your Privacy is important to us and any information provided to Glenn Potter Photography will be used only for the purpose for which it was provided.
